This policy further outlines Soufi Health Rituals shipping procedures. Soufi Health Rituals is a UK business and ships its products from the United Kingdom.
Soufi Health Rituals Ltd prides itself on working with only the most reputable and experienced UK delivery and shipping partners, ensuring prompt and timely delivery of our customers products. All customers will receive a tracking number for their parcel, that can be used to access the status of their delivery (it is important for customers to provide their email address at checkout). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 12:00 (UK time- GMT) between Monday to Friday will be shipped the following working day. Our estimated shipping duration (stated at checkout) begin from the day your item was shipped, and if your delivery address is outside of the UK (international orders) this may likely incur delays due to Customs Clearances. Soufi Health Rituals does not except liability for delays in shipping outside of our control, for example caused by third party courier services, Customs Clearance or unforeseen adverse weather conditions or strike action.
International shipping is made possible through a number of delivery and shipping partners in the UK and around the world. We work with our international delivery partners abroad to complete the delivery of our customers orders in their specified destination country. Please note, any orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom are deemed as International deliveries, and are therefore subject to customs clearance, which in some circumstances can cause delays at the final destination country.
