Returns Policy

Please read the below Terms & Conditions.

In the event you have received your product in a damaged condition, please email us at queries@soufihealthrituals.co.uk immediately and we will provide you with the steps you need to take to return your product to us.

Our returns time frame starts from the date your items was delivered, and lasts for 14 days. We are therefore unable to issue a full refund or exchange if the 14 days window has passed.

In order for your purchase to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-refundable or redeemable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Vouchers
  • Free gifts (as part of a promotion)

To complete your return and refund, you must be able to provide us with your original receipt/ proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, and or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of this. We will also notify you of the outcome of your return / refund request.

Once we confirm your refund is processed, the credit due will automatically be applied to your payment card / original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time (there is often some processing time with banks) before your refund is officially posted.
